HACKERS BEWARE – There’s a Price on Your Head

If you’re a hacker, tucked away anonymously in a safe location raking in crypto profits, be careful as the rules of the game have just changed and there’s a price on your head! $250,000 big ones to be precise!

BINANCE HAVE HAD ENOUGH

China base cryptocurrency Binance, a recent target for the ‘High Tec Cyber Bandits’ has now made a stand and placed a $250,000 bounty on hackers heads. In fact they have a $10 million bounty budget in place to pay people who provide them with information about hackers. Binance recent bandits, who failed in their attempt and have yet to have been identified, used a phishing scam to acquire coin traders’ login details before generating API keys to access their accounts. Then they tried to buy Viacoin and exchange it for Bitcoin. At this point that the site’s moderators noticed the suspicious activity and stepped in to block the transactions, preventing any money from being stolen.

Zhao Changpeng, the founder of Binance, made the announcement last week and said:

“To ensure a safe crypto community, we can’t simply play defence. We need to actively prevent any instances of hacking before they occur, as well as follow through after-the-fact. The first person to supply substantial information and evidence that leads to the legal arrest of the hackers, in any jurisdiction, will receive the equivalent of $250,000 in Binance coin.”

Hacking cryptocurrency bandits have come into play big time recently with all kinds of raids being reported and some successful hackers making hay whilst the sun shines. But now Binance is upping the ante!  They have pushed the first button and others will surely follow to reduce this virus that is damaging the crypto world.
